By placing an order on voltrushkits.com you agree to these terms. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order (e.g. pricing error, item unavailable, or failed supplier stock check) before dispatch.
Our conversion kits are high-power products intended for off-road and private land use. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and comply with local e-bike power laws and regulations. Fitting, use and any modifications are at the buyer's own risk.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. UK delivery is typically 2-6 working days; EU and worldwide delivery typically 7-15 working days. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
We offer a 30-day return window on unopened, unused items — see our Refund Policy page. Kit and battery warranties are stated on each product page. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, water ingress, over-voltage or unapproved modifications.
Lithium batteries must be stored and charged per the instructions included with your order. We are not liable for damage caused by failure to follow charging guidance.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
