Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

Unopened kits and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Installed Kits

If your kit has been installed but is faulty, we will replace the faulty component under our 2-year warranty. If you wish to return an installed kit that is not faulty, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Batteries

Batteries can be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused. Opened batteries cannot be returned due to safety regulations, but are covered by warranty for manufacturing defects.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
