Kits and accessories ship from our UK warehouse — typically 2-6 days. 48V and 52V batteries ship from UK/EU stock (3-7 days). 72V batteries ship fully tracked from our overseas battery warehouse — typically 7-16 days. All orders include tracking.
No. Our 1500W, 2000W and 3000W kits are for off-road and private land use only. UK road-legal e-bikes are limited to 250W with pedal assistance cutting out at 15.5mph. Riding a high-power kit on public roads may be illegal — check your local laws and ride responsibly.
Yes, conversion kits require a compatible battery to operate. 48V kits need a 48V battery, 52V kits need a 52V battery, and 72V kits need a 72V battery. Check our Batteries collection for compatible options.
Most customers install their kit in 1-2 hours with basic tools. The motor comes pre-laced in a wheel, so you just swap your front/rear wheel, connect the controller, mount the display and throttle, and attach the sensors. We include a wiring diagram with every kit.
Our kits fit 26", 27.5", 28", 29", and 700C wheels. Choose your wheel size from the variant dropdown on each product page.
All core kit components (motor, controller, display) carry a 2-year warranty. Batteries carry a 1-2 year warranty depending on model. If something fails within the warranty period, we replace it.
Yes — unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Installed kits may be subject to a restocking fee. See our Refund Policy page for details.
